Event Location - Please provide the postcode and venue (room) name.

Event Date - If the exact date is not available, please indicate the week of the event.

Number of Cameras - For conference or event filming, a minimum of two cameras is typically recommended. Additional cameras, with or without operators, can enhance the viewing experience and contribute to a more professional presentation.

Sound Management - Good quality audio is crucial for any filmed or streamed event. If the venue is responsible for sound, please confirm that their setup meets your requirements and that they can provide a cabled mixed output from the sound desk. We can also supply complete audio systems if necessary.

Post-Event Deliverables - What specific deliverables do you expect after the event, and what is your timeline for receiving them? For instance, if we are creating an event highlights film, how quickly do you need it completed?
